    Finished getting stronger, time to cut.

    Hey guys, I have finished adding 75+ to all my lifts and now I'm in need of serious cutting. I started at 211lbs 13% BF and ended up 227lbs 18% BF. Any suggestions to jump start my cutting? I usually go down from 5000 calories to 2500 the first day and end up at 1800 a day for the remainder.

    You gained 3lbs muscle only on that bulk!

    On Cycle or not?

    You didn't seriously eat 5000cals daily with those stats did you?

    Work out your tdee based on LBM and multiply by 15. Work out a diet using that figure less 500 to create a deficit.

    Sorry, it was suppose to be 237 lbs. But yes I really ate 5000 calories. I did have a tremendous workload too. I made sure I worked every muscle within the muscle group I was working for the day.

    Down a pint of prune juice... That will jump start your cutting for sure.
