I've come across this link and wondered if this is a good idea,I've always been a great believer in a winter bulk and a summer cut..I would just like some input on this as I don't want to waste my time obviously the source is good but I can't get the little voice out the back of my head saying you can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time..any idea on how to cycle the days of low carbs,med carbs n high carbs?
