    Help PLease.

    I need to gain 15 pounds asap .. tips on anything that can help me please ? i was going to take steroids but have been suggested not to.. im 20. 6 foot and about 143 pounds.. im a soccer player. what can i take to see results fast ?

    you need a good diet plan, soccer players burn a lot of calories and storage fat, I use to play when I was young,
    just adding a shake and or any mass gainer won't help, need a good diet.
    I remember eating a lot of sweet potatoes and bananas prior the game and bananas in the interval.
    There is some expert around here that can help you put a diet plan together, all you need ask around.

    A good protein shake:
    6 egg whites
    2 scoops of whey protein
    Frozen fruit
    2 bananas
    Greek yoghurt
    Rolled oats
    Fresh orange juice

    About 760 calories roughly 80g of protein 80g of carbs and 20g of fat

    I use beef protein, chicken protein, tuna protein and egg protein they are the best out there

    never tried them with orange juice before.. might give it a go tomorrow.

    usually use almond milk or water.

    OP, gaining 15 pounds should take you approximately 15 weeks.. any faster than that and you will likely gain more fat than muscle... unless your just after 15 lbs of mass?

    Yeah it's like a protein smoothie very filling the only problem is the fructose but still very good kronik
