    What CHEAT MEAL are you having RIGHT NOW!

    Yea I did it... I started a thread SIMILAR to another! There has been good response in that thread which made me think about this topic.

    TODAY: I couldn't look at chicken and rice and veggie at lunch time- so I ate 2 slices of loaded pizza and a dirty pepsi! It was heavenly

    i don't have cheat meals exactly.. i usually just have my regular meal + whatever im craving at the time.. things like a chocolate bar, slice of cake, white bread, sometimes i crave certain fruits....etc..

    Five Guys Burgers and Fries:

    Bacon Cheeseburger fully loaded with BBQ Sauce
    Large fries with lots of ketchup



    One box of Girl Scout Somoa cookies

    As usual I eat an Egg McMuffin meal from McDonalds every morning, Large coke today vs. the usual coffee. Needed some sugar

    My favorite absolute shit cheat meal that happens once every few months is a Zinger Mountain Melt from Ale House.

    Calories: 1174
    Fat: 71 g
    Sodium: 2329mg
    Carbs: 109g
    Protein: 43g

    It's a work Christmas party today! I'll be having a 7 course meal, and TONNS of alcohol... God I can't wait for Christmas to be over so I can straighten back out my diet and NEVER DRINK AGAIN.. until next year that is...

    6oz chicken breast on an Ezekiel hamburger bun with 2 oz sweet potato chips. Oh with ketchup to dip it in and a vitamin water Zero. What a treat lol

    LOL It is more food than i am normally allowed in my meal plan so i call it a cheat since i get the feeling of being full.

    at least once a month...sometimes my little boy talks me into twice a month... I go to Yum Yum donuts. I buy a dozen donuts and ususally eat 8- 9 out of the 13 donuts
    jelly filled,crumb,glazed,chocolate old fashioned and coconut...Tomorrow might just be one of those cheat days!!!

    Even with this horrendous hangover im experiencing, that looks amazing.

    I was to hammered to take pictures but I remember the antipasto, 2 pasta courses - 1 ala vodka, 1 spinach & ricotta, filet minion & broiled chicken with vegetables and enough alcohol for a small village. Oh yea, and at midnight- a full pig!

    Dude, I made a peanut butter, chocolate and jelly shake that kinda resembles your shake. SOOOO GOOD. I'm gonna have to try yours. Peanut butter and chocolate is my downfall.

    yesterdays breakfast - 3 potatoe cakes with green onions bacon cheese and sour cream, 2 fried eggs, 2 pieces od sour dough toast, 2 sausage links, and 2 slices of thick cut french toast. total calories just over 2k. damn it was good

    Many times just a HUGE T-bone steak with a loaded baked or stuffed potato. But sometimes some serious pizza. I don't really crave sweets, I need to cheat with some volume!
