Need help with my nutrition plan
I eat meat and carbs, six meals a day. I drink water and nothing else really, I don't know how many calories I eat. But I am trying to build muscle and nothing has worked. Protein shakes nothing, Creatine nothing. What should I start eating to help?

keep increasing your portion sizes until you start to gain...
and what exactly is this 'meat and carbs' chicken and rice?

Dieting is somewhat of a science. If you truly want to put on the most lean mass, then weighing foods, recording calories, and hitting macros is your best bet.
But in general if you arent growing you probably arent eating enough. This does not mean to start eating everything in sight but it does mean increasing portion sizes and possibly meal frequency if needed.
How much meet and carbs are you eating in a sitting? Just saying you eat meat and carbs doesnt mean much. You could be eating much less than needed

I eat red meat, chicken, and for carbs I eat rice bread, pasta
