Please rip my diet apart if its seriously bad
Hi all I'm this is my diet and advice be great
May b not best diet but is this okay
Breakfast : shake. 3 eggs
Mid morning : 2x peanut butter sandwich and some fruit
Lunch : chicken/rice or pasta /cheese or pasta Tuna. And fruit
Mid lunch shake : peanut butter sandwich
Dinner. Meat with pasta or rice and veg

what r ur stats?? age weight height bf%?? dont know? FIND OUT! (if the avi is recent id guesstimate ur bf around 12-14%)
also what r ur goals?
do u know total cals and macros for the above diet? (which needs re-doing)

Hi mate
My goals are to bulk up a bit more
Age:22
5.9
11.4stone (up and down )
Lift 4/5 times a week.
Really like to sit at 12 stone mark n keep there lol. And no I don't no macros unfortunately lol
I'm kinda new to trying get diet plan sorted befor I just eat when ever n what ever so and advice be wicked thanks REISS

I would say add at least two more meals and increase what u eat at breakfast....more caloric intake in ur other meals as well
