how do know when i need to lean down.???
I am 6'3 and weigh 260 lbs!!!
I have alot of belly fat on hips....
My Question is,how do i know when i need to lean down...
I dont think iam big enough,,,,
But it seems like i am getting fatter,I am eating good,,,
my arms are 18 1/2 inches....
I dont want to get any fatter..
Should i go ahead and lean down or keep bulking....???

There has to be a steroid that i can take to drop the fat????

Have you posted your diet here for review and discussion? It sounds like you are eating a lot of the wrong things. You can bulk cleanly with more LBM and less fat. No need to bulk by adding fat to your waist.

I take 100 grms in whey protein,Then 4 small meals.which is chicken..Sometimes brown rice....drink nothing but water...
I have chronic fatuige syndrome,So i do lay alot....No cardio..Do to my chronic fatugue...
I gained 30 lbs in the last 8 months......I really just eat the same food everyday...
I get about 210 grams of protein aday..Please help bro...
Been working out for 13 years....
my testosterone is 936...Is there away that i can post some pics,so u can see what iam talking about???

tommy u said ur testosterone is 936.. that looks like a total test level. have u had ur free test chekd??
if u want to lose fat ur gonna have to do cardio.
there is no steroid thats gonna give u the fat loss results ur looking for.
do u know what ur bf% is? if not i suggest u find out. google "BOD POD" for ur area and go. make sure u are in a fasted state when u go to the appointment

When to lean out is up to you dude. Steroids aren't gonna help until you truly get your diet and training schedule dialed in.

My free testosterone is 35.7...
I dont want a six pack..I just want to be able to take off my shirt,without looking fat,or even put a tank top on with out having muffin tops..lol

at 260lbs id ballpark ur bf% around 25% would give u 195lbs LBM
195 x 15 = 2925cals
to cut id start at 2500cals 50/30/20 split
312g pro
180g carbs
55g fat
post a diet hitting these macros. we will critique it for u. ur results will tell us what to do from there! once we get ur diet ironed out we can go over cardio and training..
