I am 6'3 and weigh 260 lbs!!!
I have alot of belly fat on hips....
My Question is,how do i know when i need to lean down...
I dont think iam big enough,,,,
But it seems like i am getting fatter,I am eating good,,,
my arms are 18 1/2 inches....
I dont want to get any fatter..
Should i go ahead and lean down or keep bulking....???![]()
