    What to eat

    I'm eating 4 meals a day oats in the moring,3 chicken meals wit rice pasta r potatoes(white)and green veg wit every meal,drink a lot of water each day,train 5 days a week,Monday chest &try's,teusday back,wen'day,shoulders,Thursday bicep,Friday legs,iv started Tis about 5months ago,wat do you guys think is it good?

    I'm trying to loose weight,about 6 kilos,wud you think I'm on track?

    sounds like your eating carbs with every meal, try keeping most of your carb intake limited to meal 1 and pre and post workout, make all your other meals protein/fat, eg: chicken and avocado

    how much cardio are you doing??

    I'm doin a hour 4 times a week of cardio,running walking and gym cardio

    1. what r ur complete stats? age weight height bf%?? dont know.. find out! for bf% google BOD POD for ur area and go.

    2. what r total cals and macros of the above diet?

    We need this info to help you. Are you willing to add a couple meals to your plan? You are going to need to be eating at least 5-6 quality meals per day. Maybe smaller portions though

    I'm not sure of micros and cals,I'm 33 6'2ft 233 pounds,I'm new at the diet part,

    i figured as much!

    that needs to change now. read the 2 stickies i suggested.

    get urself familiar with a calorie counting app. i use caloriecountdotcom

    u also neglected to address ur bf% (a very important component of all this)

    we are happy to help but ur gonna have to do some work dude..

    once u have familiarized urself with the 2 stickies i suggest using the calorie counting app to figure up cals and macros of the above diet. post it all here so we can see how ur progressing with picking this stuff up and we can continue..
