dried fruit. The natural sugar in the dried fruit will kill that urg !

^ Add that dried fruit to some cottage cheese and you have a solid snack!

Dried fruit has a lot of sugar you don't want as well. A snack I like for when i'm not strictly dieting is an apple with a small amount of peanut butter.

plain greek yogurt with artificial sweetener and perhaps a few blueberries or better yet, raspberries. Frozen are just fine and nutritious and available for a quick snack asap.

Canned tuna. Portable and tons of protein. Protein shake and some natural PB.

All depends on my macros calories at the time of course, butI enjoy the following quick snacks if I can fit them into my diet
Cottage cheese, smoked salmon, avocado on whole grain cracker.
The good old oats and protein powder
Handful of nuts
A natty pb whole grain sandwich
Natural/Greek yogurt fat free with a scoop of protein powder.... Makes for an amazing "desert"
Can of tuna
They're quite often my go to's for something quick..
Blend up some frozen berrys, protein powder some natural pb and some oats, can add egg whites also
I also buy microwaveable pre cooked brown rice, throw in 2 eggs + 2 extra whites and microwave and eat... Made in less than 2-3 mins
A quick meal I make at home also is sliced kangaroo meat on a whole grain tortilla with shredded lettuce. Can make in approx 5-10mins

Bad advice IMO. Low nutritional value... and sugar has NEVER curbed my appetite. It only made me want to eat more sugar. Lean Beef/Turkey jerky has always been a fast easy 'go-to' for me. You can also make your own protein bars, there are quite a few recipes in the recipe subforum.
^^ Some good suggestions here.

you should post up your meal plan for review. Maybe you just are not eating enough? I prefer not to snack in between meal but to just eat every 2.5 to 4 hrs.

Cottage cheese is my snack probably two times per day. Especially right before bed as it's a slow digesting protein.
