I was 200 when I started and basically I dont follow a diet. I eat whatever I can find. Example I have about 4 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on wheat a day with a big glass of whole milk..how unclean is that? And I read the bulking101. I understand macros but not fully. How do I decide how many calories I need a day? And about how much protein should I consume. Sorry I dont want spoon fed awnsers. But im just getting frustrated. Thanks in advance!
