few pointers for fat teen.
Hi all. 6 foot 250lbs here lifting since I was 15.
18 now.
I was 200 when I started and basically I dont follow a diet. I eat whatever I can find. Example I have about 4 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on wheat a day with a big glass of whole milk..how unclean is that? And I read the bulking101. I understand macros but not fully. How do I decide how many calories I need a day? And about how much protein should I consume. Sorry I dont want spoon fed awnsers. But im just getting frustrated. Thanks in advance!

to find out how many calories you need in a day you need to figure out your BF% (a rough estimate will do), you can either get someone who knows how to use calipers, or use a place like bodpod (try google) or just post a pic of your self here (leave out your face if you wish) and people can give you there guesses..
for a start get rid of your peanut butter and jelly sandwich diet and eat things like what is listed here:
