    macros

    im gonna be running pgcl for three weeks along with test for 10 weeks. starting at same time.
    TDEE is 3102. after the pgcl i decided to do 40/40/20 split. and up my calories by 500.
    but while im on the pgcl what should be my micros? should i cut or eat enough to maintain? thanks!

    Hey! Food is your best chemical especially at 18. NOT worth messing with your endocrine system. At 18 you have all the natural hormones available to you so take advantage it this while ya got it! Last thing you want to happen is end up in the Over 40 Forum. Would not be fun at all I suspect.

    Meantime try to postpone your plan for taking AAS for a few years.

    Someone already got him on another thread about this one.

    I'm 19 and wanted to run a cycle to, now I know better. All the vets advice here is correct. Don't do it. Wait till your 25 when you have a solid knowledge base.

    Dude, you're 18. You're not through developing yet, and you run the risk of fcking yourself up by starting on gear at your age. Furthermore, you should have PLENTY of natural test. Save AAS for when you 'need' it, not because you want fast results. If you don't know how to eat and train properly, you won't keep any of your gains anyway. Why risk stunting your growth, not to mention ruining your endocrine system, for temporary gains? Completely not worth it, IMHO.

    You should save this to a word document and set your computer to automatically post it when, "I'm 18" appears anywhere on the board lol. Might save some time for you
