    Is grilling my can tuna on my george foreman grill healthy??????

    No more or less healthy than eating it right out of the can... but why would you want to? Sounds awful.

    Im from hawaii we eat fresh tuna and can tuna almost every day

    So what do you think does grilling it make it as bad as frying it??

    Like I already said - it's no more or less healthy than eating it out of the can. Frying it is fine too... until you add a bunch of oil.

    try 130g tuna, 100g oats, 1 egg white, red onion, chopped fresh chillis and either cajun powder or little fresh garlic,

    mix all up, press into 2 burgers and few minutes either side under grill

    suprisingly good, cheap, fast and perfect bulk food, make loads of them and eat cold or pop into microwave for 30secs to reheat

    you will thank me later

    Any merit to this "don't eat more than 3 cans of tuna a month" thing due to mercury levels?

    Nope. I bet there are plenty of members here who eat damn near a can a day and have for years

    2 a day mininum for me, somebody posted a good article a while ago, the half life of mercury was too slow to actually build up and damage if I remember correctly
