Is grilling my can tuna on my george foreman grill healthy??????

Im from hawaii we eat fresh tuna and can tuna almost every day

So what do you think does grilling it make it as bad as frying it??

try 130g tuna, 100g oats, 1 egg white, red onion, chopped fresh chillis and either cajun powder or little fresh garlic,
mix all up, press into 2 burgers and few minutes either side under grill
suprisingly good, cheap, fast and perfect bulk food, make loads of them and eat cold or pop into microwave for 30secs to reheat
you will thank me later
