We dont know what your goal is bro......
or your stats..
carb cycling is to maintain as much muscle and reduce fat, usually not a begginer method (not saying you are ) but based on your pic id say cut or bulk... ( cut if it were me) then bulk..
bunny depending what ur diet, workout, and results have been thus far will determine what u do. IMO and from all the reading ive done its always better to start out simpler. if u throw everything at it right off the rip it leaves u less room to make adjustments when progress slows/stalls. do the least necessary to get results in the beginning and make small changes over time to keep em coming IMO. (of course timeline for goals also has an impact. the fastest way poss is not always the best way for reasons given above, esp if u have a long way to go)..
and like large said we need ur stats as well![]()
cheers lads
my goal is to cut bodyfat and get stronger (id like to get to 10%).......i havent done weights in over a year properly.......i have been training in mma, muay thai and shoot wrestling for the past year, so im fairly fit, due to my college night classes getting messed about i have to put mma etc on the back burner for a while.....so ive decided to hit the weights again and get my BF low and my conditioning/strenght better........my diet has consisted of whatever i have fancied fro a good while, which means ive paked on the fat!......im not after fast results,,,,,hopeing to progress over the next 8 months.......ill put all stats up when i put up my diet for critique..
im going to take your advice and stick with simple to start with..
cheers again.
