Trying to set up a new diet to gain some mass but first I need to find out how many calories I need per day and I will go from there. Once i have this info i will start a new thread with breakdown of macros/supps/training. I'm 19 years old, 5'11, 193 lbs. training for about three years. To start off I'd like to get close to my correct BF% so ill post a few pics.
