    Question Stomach bloat

Recently i´ve noticed that my stomach is getting bigger! It´s is not because of increased fat around my waist. I´ve been increasing my foodintake a little bit.

What do you think could cause this problem of mine?
Is it possible that my intestine are getting used to more amount of food?

That's a great question. I don't know the answer but I be there is someone here that does.

I too, look terrible right after a meal my stomach gets all puffy. When I first wake up in the morning, on the other hand I look awesome (if I do say so myself). Is this a sign of weak abs? Anyone know?

I will give it a bump as I don't know for sure but I am sure it has something to do with your stomach being expanded by the food.

I'm going through the same thing right now too. I'm on a bulking diet and everywhere else on my body I'm adding decent size with minimal fat, but my stomach looks like a freaking balloon. I don't want to come off the bulking diet but my midsection is making the rest of body look bad.

i have the same probs as all of you. mornings make me look awesome, but after eating better keep the shirt on!!!!!!! i think its just the bloat from the food, and i have heard gym myths that metamucil and more fiber in the diet can shrink the waist by cleaning out the intestines?????

I'm having the same problem. I am trying to bulk right now and feel miserable. I think it has to be the additional caloric intake and the gastointestinal system adjusting to it. Anybody else?

    Unhappy

Well at least somebody has had the same problem as I...
It´s so weird and because I don´t like my stomach getting puffy I´m reducing my foodintake. Maybe that´s not good because I want to put on some more muscles. Oh I´m getting so confuse about muscles, foodintake, stomach bloat etc.... HELP!

We haveto find a solution to this problem!!! I´m not sure if I feel more bloated in the end of the day rather then in the morning I just feel bloated all the time and it is not just in my head.

It's part of the game....we eat quite often and quite alot and you'll get bloated. Keep the water intake up and you'll be good to go.

That is a good amount. For an active person (weight lifter) you should shot for 1oz per every kg of body weight plus some extra if you lift/cardio.

One more question about the stomach bloat....
Do you know why people in Africa, that are starving, have stomach that are really puffy??
Just thinking about if my stomach could be like this because of some kind of loss of vitamins or nutrition??

I believe starving children suffer from a potassium deficiency--but don't quote me on that.
