No, it has good fats. Just know the amount you need to take and dont just dump olive oil in your shakes.
Why not just get some fish oil pills?
There is nothing better them getting in the real thing, some fish oil pills arnt as good some are shit, food is the way to go.

I put a couple table spoons of peanut butter. 190 calls and lots of protein
Olive oil is great stuff! You should also try adding in some coconut oil and or full fat coconut milk (comes in a can) if you want to switch it up.
you can buy flavored olive oil....like white truffles and others!!!!
