im 5 ft 6 in and 218 lbs. about 25% body fat. I did the math and my TDEE is 3200 calories a day. I am having trouble getting a diet that will give me 40/40/20 and since im cuting get 2700 intake daily. i work out in the morning and eat between 5-6 times a day. i guess im asking for an example of a day dieting. i have been browsing the site and the "Dieting 101:Cutting" thread has helped me soo much. just need a bit more help thats all.
