Hello again everyone. Im currently on a lean mass diet about 250 calories over maintenence. I will be on this diet until I start to bicycle to the gym then on to work. My ride to the gym is about 30minutes and 7.8 miles, then from the gym to work is about 15 minutes and 3.2 miles. I used a few calorie burned calculators and came up with an average of 1235 calories burned for the ride to and from work. My question is when I start to ride how to I keep the LBM that I add over the next 4-5 months? My maintenence is 2750(2748.89 exactly) so should I just add the 1235 to the 2750 to maintain my current weight to compensate for the extra calories burned? Thanks everyone!
