Bad news. I think it's a pandemic. It kicked my head in for 2 weeks over the holidays and destroyed my appetite. So it's not all bad.
Take time off til you know you are ready mate. You can train through a cold but not flu!NO SOURCES GIVEN

Yea I've been seeing that there are major numbers of cases this year. I doubt it will destroy my appetite though. I can eat watching childbirth.
I'll take your advise and take it easy until this subsides. I almost hurt myself doing deadlifts last night because I felt like shit my form was off. Luckily I stopped at 225.

its the best protocol IMO. Dr crisler is also an advocate of subq. like i said before making the switch fixed my E2 problem in 2 months that i couldnt sort out in 12 months! completely off adex!
love handle is the best, save the belly button area for ur HCG .. u will love it i promise! way better than IM. no need to aspirate either.. i do monday pm and friday am..

Yea I read the thread about Dr. Crisler. Lucky for me I do not seem to have E2 issues (At least none noticeable-I know only blood can confirm) but I do feel the curve downward of test by the end of the week.
Think I'll give the 2x week a try subq and see how I feel. I'll let you know.

Diet is maintenance this week.

I know I'm slacking with the logging but here goes the update.
Tuesday PM cardio
Wed PM Delts/Tri
Thursday PM Dead lifts/Back
Diet has been 100% clean no cheats maintenance calories since I still have some minor flu symptoms.
Been slacking on the AM fasted cardio since my wife is not working and been taking nyquil at night which knocks me out.
Hopefully get that sorted for next week.

Hey Stem how is it going mate?
I switched to 2x a week on TRT and seems so far so good.
Tried a subq but based on further discussions in HRT section not totally sold on that. Perhaps I'll rotate sites.
I must say I feel leaner even without all the cardio the last 2 weeks due to the flu. Could be flu or could be that when I do too much cardio the hunger makes me cheat on my diet.
Or could be the TRT dose is enough to maintain LBM and lose some fat.
Diet has been clean with the usual weekend meal cheat. Cals around 2800 40/40/20. To be honest i have not been recording as well as I used to but I eat pretty much the same every day.
No cycles planned at the moment. Size is good and BF is not much higher than I'd like it to be. TRT and losing 2-3% BF may be good enough. I'm not a pup anymore and I'm not looking to impress the girls
so I am pretty happy.

I've been checking in on your log. Looks like you are really at it these days. For me I think being sick really killed my motivation. I was still going to gym but workouts sucked. Finally feeling good again.
Look forward to going to gym instead of forcing myself to go.
