Any diabetic bodybuilders???

I'm as my doctor calls it, a type 1 1/2, my receptors don't quite work and my pancreas doesn't function properly. I only use insulin once in a while. Usually I'm fine with orals.

My question is HOW do I get this last bit of fat off!!! No matter how strict my diet is or how much cardio I do I never can reduce that last bit of fat.

I'm about to try Clen, as I've heard that this is sometimes the only way a diabetic can get truly ripped. Hopefully I don't have to resort to that.

P.S. I've even tried a no carb diet for two months. I lost just about all my muscle and almost no fat.

i think that gixxerboy is a diabetic, but i am not sure what type.

Look at the very top of the nutrition section home page and it should be right next to the threads tab

Click on it and they should appear
