If I was prepping for a show I wouldn't. Don't sweat one cheat meal a week if the rest of your diet is on point!

Depends on your goals? I don't cheat much. I only miss the feeling of being full so my cheat is just eating more of the foods that fit in my meal plan so i have the sensation of being full. With that said i know lots of people that are firm believers in 1 or 2 cheat meals per week.
my diet has issues. when im on its clean but i have problems meeting my caloric goals.
Seems to me the better shape(higher lbm, lower bf) I'm in, the less a cheat meal hurts my goals. My body just absorbs those extra cals.
1-2 days a week but I make sure to hit it a lil harder next time in the gym to kinda make up for it....havin a cheat meal keeps u on track imo
^ agree with that. I always do a little extra cardio after a cheat.

Yea I hate this. It takes me about 20 min to get home from gym and by the time I pull up Im about to burst! Then carrying my lunch box,gym bag and a (sleeping most time) 2 yr old, plus trying to get the 4 yr old to PICK UP THE PACE. I think Im gonna piss my pants one day.LOL
