    Calories on Bulk Cycle

    Hey guys, quick question.

    I have been eating very clean for the past few months, and have been trying to eat as much as my body would allow. I am currently at 175 pounds and would like to be around 200. I dont want to gain bodyfat, but im not super worried. I know quite a bit about nutrition and what I should aim for as far as macros go. Today I decided to write them down and I was shocked by how many calories I am taking in.

    Todays Meals:

    Cals 4290

    Fat 176 g Carbs 359 g Protein 363 g

    I am ready to eat more, but I'm shocked by how many calories I am taking in ( my BMR is 1908.35 )

    Should I start to limit my calories, and be more careful with what I consume ?

    Stats:
    Age: 22
    Weight: 175
    BF: 13%sh
    Steroids : currently 3rd week of 500mg/wk test

    If your trying to gain you will need all the calories you can get. Some ppl like slow slow gains so they do not gain much bf where others do a big bulk and go up a several % on bf. If you dont have trouble staying lean I would bulk a lot if I was you.
    I am bulking now and doing about 900-1200 calories over tdee. But if I had trouble staying mean I would be like 500-700 over tdee

    I'm easy to lose, hard to gain fat. I guess i'll keep shovelling it in and see how it goes.
