I don't really count green leafy/fibrous/cruciferous as their calorie content is so low and fibre content so high.

I would count in peas, carrots and other 'sugary' veggies. So I don't really use them when I'm cutting!

Really don't sweat it too much. If you are having a lot of one or the other then yeah. I'd count a whole onion or leak. I wouldn't worry about green pepper at all but might count a whole red one.

if i count my fiberous veggies, I go over my carb macro since 405 ( ) convinced me a 60/20/20 split is g2g.
I also include my coffee in macro total, so be nice to hear what others have to say!

Black coffee yes. If you add milk I'd measure it and account for it.

Splenda ok. Finish it off and replace with truvia which is a natural sweetener.

I don't count em' either and the reason for it, is the body uses more energy digesting them then they actually contain.

Turnip or swede? Swede I like, mostly water, low in carbs and fairly low in fibre so just don't o.d. on it. I wouldn't count 100g or so. Don't sweat this little stuff mate, get the big stuff right and you'll start getting some great losses!

And if you mean turnip? Yuk!
