Yet another IF Thread! My Experience -
Psh, no. haha.
Intermittent Fasting man, so far so good, been on it just over 3 weeks. Unbelievable amount of energy, leaner, feel fantastic!
Its hard to describe, but..
They say it takes about 3 weeks for your body to adjust to the different eating times, when i started i was expecting to feel shitty, lethargic, depressed because I wasnt eating between 22:00PM & 16:00PM the following day, but I didnt get hunger pains or anything in the fasting period. Just keep drinking Green Tea no sugar / Black Coffee.
So anyway, I rock up to the gym on about day 23, and HOLY FCVK! The energy I had was pure natural energy, Ive used alot of stims such as caffine/mesomorph/jack3d/1mr. But they compare nothing at all to the feeling that i have when im traning now.
I eat 2 meals per day split 40%/60% total calories at 16:00 / 22:00
I train 100% fasted about 2x per week(15:00) and the other 3-4x days 3.5hours after first meal (19:30)
In total, dropped 2kg from 88.5 to 86.5, and went from no abdominal definition to following pic.
Im pretty impressed with fasting so far. It recommend giving it a shot.

Nice progress!
I like IF. I will did it for a while and still incorporate it into my weekly routine.
I fast for around 16 hours

Like wh1spa, I eat twice a day...usually ~ 40/60 split. 60 being my last meal before beginning fast. I've been practicing IF for about a year and my last meal prior to beginning fast has always been my largest.
Fasting window: 20:00 - 12:00
Feeding window: 12:00 - 20:00

is there anythin against the amour of liquids u can have....as long as it falls in ur macros u should be fine?

Basiclly
You still want to maintain your usual water intake 3-4 litres per day.
Whilst fasting you dont want to intake any calories, so you can drink things such as water, Black Coffee No Sugar / Green Tea No Sugar.
If you are doing fasted cardio/training you will get leaner faster, but you may want to take 10g BCAA pre/post workout.
