a question about bulking
Well i found out i have to eat 2800 calories per day to gain mass so i m eating it only on workout days meaning i workout 3 days a week and the rest days are nothing .. on the rest days my calorie intake drops to 2100 or lower so i wanted to know .. SHOULD I EAT 2800 CALORIES EVERY SINGLE DAY EVEN ON NON WORKOUT DAYS?

For optimal gains yes keep your calories at 2800 if that's what you calculated. Your body needs it to heal properly.

You must eat 2800 cals on non-workout days as well, otherwise you won't be feeding the muscle and there is no reason for your metabolism to maintain nor build lean tissue.
