What's the best way to see how many calories you burn in a day? Are any of the monitors,like the bodymedia fitness link accurate? Been getting diet dialed in to around 2000 calories per day (to shed some extra fat) and some days are more physical than others at work. I kind of want to get one of these things,if they are accurate, just to get a good look at my calories expended and tune my diet further. Plus they have these things at costco on sale right now and I could just use it for a month and take it back.
