how much do you weigh and how active are you?
i weigh 196 and i workout 5days a week lifting and cardio. I am also going to be taking cytomel while i try to cut
dude....cytomel can kill off some muscle and make you look flat...as for protein, i'd go with 1-1.5 grams per lb. and carbs, well that depends on you...currently i'm doing CKD with 30 carbs a day during the week and carb up weekends...soon i'll be incorporating carbs into my diet at about 125-150grams a day. I take about 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
well i am on sustanon 250 right now and i have 4 weeks left of it... should i throw cytomel in there with my cycle so i dont lose muscle?
After almost ten weeks of cutting, I can't stress how important keeping your carbs under control is.
Keep that intake down to 150 g. (200 g./max) per day and you'll be good to go.
Also, before Pain gets herego get some r-ALA.
