    Noob help with a dumb question

    Hi I just finished my tdee and my cutting calculations from stiky( cutting 101)
    This maybe a very very stupid question
    But I just want my own brain to see the answer
    Any way i wanted to know when they break down the protein carbs and fat and u calculate those with your food so does the fat percent also count from fat from your carbs and protein or not?

    All pro carbs and fats counted yes.
    Like oats are (I am guessing)
    Pro 5 grams carbs 32 fat 3.5

    So if my fats is for example 10 i would have to minus that 3.5 fat from my 10??

    What are you talking about? Why are subtracting anything? If a piece of food you consume has 10p/10c/10f

    Then you are consuming
    10 grams of protein which = 40 calories
    10 grams of carbs which = 40 calories
    10 grams of fat which = 90 calories

    1g protein = 4 cals
    1g carbs = 4 cals
    1g fat = 9 cals
