Aside from it probably has too many calories, meals 2 & 4 are devoid of a protein source.
I'm not sure I believe the fat content of your chicken legs, why isn't this chicken breast?

uhmmm idk lol my parents buy chicken legs so i stick to it and idk what to add any suggestions for meal 2 and meal 4
in the morning i can fully see my upper 4 abs but in the afternoon after a lot of eating i can only see 3 .. so i checked this pic and found out i m 18% BF + i can only see abs when i press my stomach in deep if i leave it out it comes out like a power lifter :/ can't seem to fix it since 4 months
