Need ultimate fat burning muscle building diet and workout plan
Im 18, 188 lbs, mostly fat, 5'7-5'8 and going to the gym 3 times/ week... will go as much as i need to to see results ... i need to drop fat immediately

Also how about any supplements like creatine and protien I dont know what and what doesnt work help me out please and thanks

405 knows his shit and offers good advise. just realize that 3x/week is probably half of what the rest of us do, more or less. plus cardio. so it's not just diet, but a combination of the two.
it's a long hard road, and it seems you have taken the first step.
