    Exclamation Need ultimate fat burning muscle building diet and workout plan

    Im 18, 188 lbs, mostly fat, 5'7-5'8 and going to the gym 3 times/ week... will go as much as i need to to see results ... i need to drop fat immediately

    Im 30-35 going by the picure....ill post the pic soon thanks... im looking for a strict diet to see the motivating results asap thanks again 405

    Also how about any supplements like creatine and protien I dont know what and what doesnt work help me out please and thanks

    You don't want creatine it's more for bulking, makes you retain water. And 30-35 isn't too bad, there's tons of people in the forum who've lost over 100 pounds successfully and are now bulking for muscle. Keep your head strong and motivation up and you'll do just great!

    405 knows his shit and offers good advise. just realize that 3x/week is probably half of what the rest of us do, more or less. plus cardio. so it's not just diet, but a combination of the two.

    it's a long hard road, and it seems you have taken the first step.
