Well it's working and i enjoy eating again... When I was trying to eat exactly 3500 cals using a 40/40/20 split, I couldn't get the food down... It was so gawd damn boring and I need FLAVOR!! I eat passionately and am not a fatty so I consider myself very lucky. Now that I'm not so strict, it seems to be more doable for me. Still dont quite enjoy fast food but if I am in a jam, I don't freak out and get all pissed off.. I just eat what I can and aim to do better tomorrow. *pats own back**Quote:

But, my Bf% did go for sure from when I was way thin. The lowest I can remember was around 10% @ 145 pounds.
