Breastmilk contains all the nutrients the infant needs for proper growth and development.
These nutrients include:
Free water
Proteins - Protein accounts for 75% of the nitrogen-containing compounds and the non-protein nitrogen substances include urea, nucleotides, peptides, free amino acids and DNA.
Fats - Essential fatty acids and long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids
Carbohydrates - The principal carbohydrate of human milk is lactose.
Minerals, vitamins, and trace elements.
Table: Composition of some of the key nutrients found in breastmilk
Component Mean value for mature breastmilk (per 100mL)
Energy (kJ) 280
Energy (kcal) 67
Protein (g) 1.3
Fat (g) 4.2
Carbohydrate (g) 7.0
Sodium (mg) 15
Calcium (mg) 35
Phosphorus (mg) 15
Iron (mcg) 76
Vitamin A (mcg) 60
Vitamin C (mg) 3.8
Vitamin D (mcg) 0.01

What are the other components of breastmilk? Well I'll tell you
Breast milk also contains important non-nutritional components, such as antimicrobial factors, digestive enzymes, hormones and growth factors that are important for passive protection against infections and immune-mediated diseases and modulate immunological development.
Immune-related components and growth factors include:
Secretory IgA - Predominant immunoglobulin in breast milk
Bioactive cytokines - Including transforming growth factor-b (TGF-b) 1 and 2 and interleukin-10 (IL-10)]
Others - leukocytes, oligosaccharides, lysozyme, lactoferrin, adiponectin, interferon-g, epidermal growth factor (EGF) and insulin -like growth factor (IGF)-1.
In conclusion, breastmilk is the shit! And all jokes aside, it tastes AMAZING!

Damn yo, I thought I was dirty.
Still no "true" progress huh? Ain't that a bitch. . . .
I'm eating more than even and quit cardio again. I went up a pound or so in over a week. . . . Yay.
I swear, force feeding is the worst yet. I am looking forward to my next cut again.
There are children starving somewhere and I am trying to eat more, ain't that food for thought.

Just had a good meal!
95g lean steak fast fry style
300g pasta w/ meat sauce
Leafy greens w/ red onions and feta
Home made dressing with red wine vinegar and EVOO
1.5 cups OJ (no pulp)
Not so dirty... Im beginning to think I am not living up to the title of the thread... Maybe I'm just over-eating? Any input is welcomed, but probably won't come lol

Hit the wheels today! Getting noticeably stronger and enjoying it. Muscle endurance is high. I hit 6 plates a side for 10 reps, and that was after 10 reps of 2,3,4&5 plates. Total of 50 reps on the press. 5x10. Knee still gives me problems when I squat. Had a trainer check my form, he said it was ok but could use improvement because i squat to deep. Asked 4 knowledgeable members of my gym, bigger & older guys. All said it looked great... Not sure where I lean towards! I'm thinking i have some tendinitis of the patellar tendon or whatever it's called. Only hurts after squatting or deep lunges. If I don't squat, it's fine.. Even @550lb leg press
I'll type out my 3on(schedule a) 1off 3 on (schedule b) 1 off routine when i charge my phone. So far I like it. I try to split it nicely so as not to overtrain.

That is a great answer!
Man, back in the day I weighed that and I was still the same height of 5'10". I guess I got lucky and grew when I started at least.
What's your bf%? Maybe I missed it some where
But, my Bf% did go for sure from when I was way thin. The lowest I can remember was around 10% @ 145 pounds.Last edited by < <Samson> >; 01-28-2013 at 07:43 PM.

Shooting for 180-185 by end of cycle. Looking better already IMO (and my wife) There's a bit of belly fat happening which I knew would happen and I'll be happy to cut in a few months. Traps and arms are pretty pumped at all times. Shirts are getting tight, and were only on week 2 gear and week 4 eating semi-dirty
