LoL, it is possible I think in some cases. Newb gains are way different than when you get bigger and bigger.

But, Yes even a pound a week is damn near impossible.

The way it seems, you will be big one day for sure. You seem to be putting in some serious effort into this.

(Telling this to myself too) Keep at it, it takes time - Real time, not just weeks or months.
I've only had it squirt out once and two other times blood filled the pin when injecting in my forearm and calf... And I usually take 2 shots a day.

Funny fact, every shot is leaving me with a decent stream of blood once I pull the pin out. Yes, I aspirate and no blood in the barrel.
That seems like a lot of a dex for your cycle... Well I don't know your cycle but I don't know what you could put in a syringe at 2cc a week and need that much a dex... .5 every 3rd day should be plenty IMHO...

I say fvck the math and work to get what you deserve! Everyone always says "everyone is different" and "how am insuppose to know what you'll gain of xx cycle for xxx months" but then you hear these "facts" about gaining 1pm per month maximum and others gaining 25lbs on a test cycle for 12 weeks.

Taking 2 days off. Well deserved and well needed! Gonna be back at it Saturday after work for a crazy legs day. Last week leg press was 7 plates a side for 6. I'm shooting for 7x10 this week.

I agree. I know I'm sticking those calories somewhere. But I'm happy to see some size increases nonetheless. I've always been skinny. Hard to gain ANY WEIGHT. IM 6'6" and have lingered around 240 for a year or so. When I started lifting back in 2010 or so I was 215.

So ya, I know it isn't muscle. It would be nice but I know it isn't. At some point I'll figure out how to do all this right. I'm just a newbie trying to learn the ropes. Reading everything under the sun.

At this point in my lifting journey I also feel and lbs added to the scale is good enough for me but I come to the same realization that I am not doing it right, yet still getting satisfaction out of it

Still sitting at 170lbs... Not bad but gains are slowing down I guess. Maybe due to the intense decrease of fat intake. I will be adding in a protein shake to get some more protein and Cals. My selection is 170cal 33g protein, 3g carbs (1g sugar) 1g fat... Until I add 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 cup oats, and 1 cup milk = 650 cal 60g pro 55g carb 24g fat

Legs yesterday, squatting nice again finally. Knee pain has left me alone for now. Been working on form for the past couple months and have finally worked back up to 225lbs squat to about 100 degrees. Glutes feeling nice, hams feeling nice, quads feeling nice, KNEES feeling nice!!

Chest today, lifts increasing comfortably. ORM flat bench is up to 225lbs, 185 for reps. Db incline press up to 75lbs for reps but could have probably increased easily. decline is up to 185 for reps. Form is nearly perfect for all exercises as it has been my main focus over heavy weights.

Size is becoming noticeable to everyone. Getting questioned on a regular basis. Parents and other family have said I am looking very muscular and whatever I'm doing is working well. Glad they got to see me eat as well

LOOKING FORWARD TO BACK DAY TUESDAY!!! MORE DEADLIFTS!!

just not sure what they are. I can assume its close to half a dead lift with the weight being up on a rack? just a guess

I usually follow up deads with rows, super-set with pull downs. no logic behind this, just feels good

back today again! loving this right now. deadlifts went up again--- 365lbs! a pound for every day of the year!!!! everything else was fairly moderate and comparable to last weeks back day. I can see my little gut going down already and everything else is filling out. getting more and more comments about my size and strength gains, and people looking my way when working out. I guess it's not normal for someone to be going up so fast so im catching attention....may have to switch gyms for a new crowed. I know to many people at my gym and no need for words to start flying lol

Some stupid old man pissed me off while I was deadlifting and threw me off big time! He came storming over and loudly commanded me to stop being so loud. He was 70+ and it took everything I have not to snap on him

    update time:

Weight dipped a couple lbs probably due to another quick bout of stomach flu. People at my work really need to stay home when they are sick 169.5lbs as of now... Oh well, should be back in a few days.

Worked chest today, a day late. Completely destroyed it! Loving the strength gains- I would say I'm a huge fan of the tbol. I put up the 90lb DB's on flat bench for 2 sets of 6... Actually pretty sure I can hit the 95's and may be getting the 100's in my hand before cycle ends.

Had a comment today that my weights are moving up way to fast. I agree but I'm still going for it... Loving it!

Had a crazy work week, and a trip to Quebec for my brother graduating basic training. So proud of him. He's come a long way and looks like a proper soldier.

This week had some enjoyable progress nevertheless!

Monday hit 90lb dumbbell press for 6. New heavy for me.

Tuesday hit 380lbs deadlift, and weighted dips for the first time. New heavy for deads, but will go more this week easily.

    Wed-Thursday-Friday.... No possible gym

Saturday- squat 275lbs, new heavy. Will go up next week for sure.

Sunday- nothing again due to work

Aiming to be back into the swing of things this week. Chest tomorrow, gonna be awesome!

    Chest was awesome as planned!

190lbs x6 3 sets flat bench (no spot or would have gone heavier)

    75 x 8 3 sets db incline

    175 x 15 3 sets decline

Rest pause on smith machine for incline to burn out after flys. Chest is on fire today!

    Back today!

Deadlift up again!!! 405lbs for 1

Pull downs went 180 for 7 with the new grip recommended by cape buffalo and marcus. Lats on fire!

Shoulders tomorrow. Weighed 174 today love it!

Still eating egg bacon and cheese English muffin with hash-brown every morning & 500ml milk (1% or 2% depending on if I have to buy a carton or have milk at home)

Second breakfast is 3 eggs, 3 bacon, 2 toast and potatoes & 500ml milk

Lunch is still usually 150g chicken breast w/ 1.5 cup rice or 150g jerk chicken dark meat w/ 1.5 cup rice and peas ( red beans) & OJ or pop lol

    Pre-workout meal is PB&J sammy w/ 500ml milk ( and sometimes a banana)

Post work out dinner - whatever she makes or I buy chicken souvlaki and rice and Greek salad. Sometimes I buy fish tacos or fish burrito - today i had 1 large breast w/ rice and carrots and cauliflower.

Late snack is 33g protein shake & 500ml milk and 1/2 cup oats OR cereal of choice

The "dreaded dirty bulk" is barely even smudged let alone dirty. Belly fat is reducing as it came pretty quick. Top abs coming back slowly
