    my diet how it looks??

    protein = 300 grams

    fat= 90 grams

    carbs= 435 grams

    cals total for a day = 3,750

    IM 203-204 pounds

    5'10" - 5'11" tall

    im in week 5 of my test e bulking cycle gained about 10 pounds so far

    my training split is pull/push/legs day off repeat

    thanks for any help guys

    using the sticky on tdee my bmr=2090 x 1.55 =3239 as my tdee

    If that split is working for you then keep at it. Personally I don't like to have my carbs that high. I prefer to have my carbs equal or less then my protein, causes me to gain too much weight. And with ur bf being at 17%, u may consider dropping ur carbs. You'll only use so much carbs as energy and ur glycogen stores will only get so full.

    Personally I would. Try evening them out with a 40/40/20 split. Try eating 50% of those carbs post workout, and about 25% for breakfast and preworkout.
