Hey was wondering what you thought of this shake I make about a hr before I workout and a hr before I take supercharged.
1 cup oatmeal
2 scoops chocolate protein
1tbs Pb
1/3 cup dry milk
Has about 550 cal, 15g fat, 50 carbs, 56 protein. Oh ya Add some ice and water and blend it up, any thoughts? Thanks in advance
