How right or wrong am i ?
MALE 174 POUNDS
5'9 , 32 YEARS OLD , ALL NATURAL (FOR NOW)
JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW GOOD OR BAD IM DOING MY DIET?
7:30AM BREAK FAST 2 CUPS OF EGG WHITES AND 2 WHOLE EGGS AND LESS THAN A CUP OF OATMEAL.(FISH OIL PILL AND MULTI VITAMIN PILL)
10:00AM 7oz OF CHIKEN BREAST WITH BROCCOLI AND LESS THAN A CUP OF BROWN RICE
12:00PM PROTEIN SHAKE
2:30PM 7oz OF LEAN GROUND BEEF WITH BROCCOLI AND BROWN RICE (FISH OIL PILL)
5:00PM 7OZ OF CHIKEN BREAST WITH BROCCOLI AND LESS THAN A CUP OF BROWN RICE
7:30PM BEFORE GYM PROTEIN SHAKE WITH GLUTAMINE
9:00PM AFTER GYM PROTEIN SHAKE WITH GATORATE , GLUTAMINE PILLS AND OATMEAL COOKIE
11:00PM 7oz OF TILAPIA WITH BROCCOLI OR OTHER TIMES ACTIVIA , MIX WITH cottage cheese NUTS AND CEREAL
HOW IM DOING ? I JUST WANT TO GAIN MORE WAIT BUT LEAN

your foods look like good choices except the oatmeal cookie, but you got to count your calories- carbs,farts, and proteins and see the numbers to really get an idea of where your diet will take you

^^^^^^^ agree. Read some of the stickies in this (Nutrition) forum! Looks like the diet is clean, but you need to get specific with cals, fat/carb/protein.

OP I would say pretty good except the meal after gym....I would eat some lean meats....chickn fish....somethin....if u look at it thats about 6 hrs before uve had any real food....maybe some tuna wraps in that 9 o clock meal....and like Aj said lose that cookie ; )

what r total cals and macros of this diet u posted above?
what kinda workout split u running?
cardio??

bf% no clue but is low
I dont meassure the cals and macros
I do 30 minutes cardio 3 days a week
and train at the gym 4 days a week

i suggest u post a pic of urself with no shirt on as well as google BOD POD for ur area and make an appointment and go to find out ur bf%
also u need to get a decent cal counting app and learn how to use it.
i use caloriecountdotcom
others seem to like myfitnesspal and livestrong
once u get a decent app lets see the total cals pro, carbs, fat breakdown of this diet above.
rough maintenance cals: (LBM x 15)
LBM = total weight - fat weight
fat weight = total weight x bf% (in decimal form)
