Thats not much food bro! Were are the greens? I would try to add a 6 meal in there and add carbs to meal 2. Just spread everything out a little more.
You are as bad as my wife! I love veggies and fruit but dont eat often.BUT I am going to start including them in my diet.Yes I know it isnt much and I may have a cup of cottage cheese tonite.And I throw my meals togeather quick beacuse I dont start eating till 10am.Sometimes later and I am new to this diet stuff.So I can use all the tips I can get.
Get those veggies added in to meals 3,5 and 6 bro. I still would like to see that meal 6 in there. I would add fats to meals 5 and 6. I think you should add some fruit to meal 1 as well. Don't forget to add the carbs to meal 2.Originally Posted by songdog
