    Check this diet out.

    1 Shake cup oats 4 egg whites
    2 5 eggs 4oz ground beef 90%
    Pwo shake
    3 1 1/2 cup wheat pasta 1/2 cup sauce
    4Tilapia 12oz
    5 can tuna
    Total cals 1991 protien 254 carbs 121 fat60.8
    Wat do you think guys and gals?

    The food choices are great.
    What's ur stats? Seems like pretty aggressive cut

    Around 25 the few months off sitting in the woods hunting kicked my ash.Only gained 5lbs but my bf went to sh1t.

    Yeah that diet should getcha started. Then u always have carb cycling, fasting etc.

    Thats not much food bro! Were are the greens? I would try to add a 6 meal in there and add carbs to meal 2. Just spread everything out a little more.

    You are as bad as my wife! I love veggies and fruit but dont eat often.BUT I am going to start including them in my diet.Yes I know it isnt much and I may have a cup of cottage cheese tonite.And I throw my meals togeather quick beacuse I dont start eating till 10am.Sometimes later and I am new to this diet stuff.So I can use all the tips I can get.

    Get those veggies added in to meals 3,5 and 6 bro. I still would like to see that meal 6 in there. I would add fats to meals 5 and 6. I think you should add some fruit to meal 1 as well. Don't forget to add the carbs to meal 2.
