    protein while off

    well i will take 1 week off the gym just to relx my body after 18 month of non-stop workout my diet is like this 300g prot/100g carb/50g fat well do i have to decrease the proteing intake while off the gym all should i leave like it is ??

    Leave it like it is. The only difference in my diet on wo days and non-wo days is the carbs are lower on non-wo days and I don't have any shakes except for my b4 bed shake and 2am shake.
