    meal ideas

    hey fellas!! just after some input on a few meal ideas that taste ok cold as i work outside a couple of days a week, im sick of having tuna and brown rice and chicken and brown rice , i need ideas which contain complex carbs and quality protein... thanks

    You can incorporate oats, quinoa, sweet potatoes, white rice, couscous and lentils as for complex carbs to your diet.

    As for quality protein; red meat of any kind (lamb, beef, bison, dear), turkey as an alternative to chicken, pretty much any fish but preferably oily fish such as salmon and various seafood, let's not forget eggs since they are cheap, easy to digest and have the highest biological value of all protein sources.

    Do you drink shakes?

    I'm currently doing sweet potato mash with grass fed butter (skins on) and chicken breast mixed with nandos garlic piri piri sauce and no fat mayo....

    Really good

    started to pick up some fresh cod from the local fishmarket, comes out great from baking it, and i have some veggies along with it, delicious meal

    thanks this is good info, and yeah i have a shake after i train in the morning, and one before bed!!
