i am 25, 100kg or 220pounds, 1.83m or 6.003937 foot ( sorry have to use a converter for that ), body fat 21%.
i currently gym 6 times a week for min a hour.
i am using winstrol 75ml twice a week and dbol half an hour before every gym session...
i would like to loose the excess fat and gain ALOT of muscle to look like most people on this website, lol.
my diet is : oats and an boiled egg in the morning
fruit at 11am
tuna and tamato at lunch +- 1/2pm
fruit at say 5pm
then i go to gym at around 6pm
chicken, fish or mince with veggies for dinner...
i also drink around 3.5 liters water a day...
any help how i can achieve my goals??
i was told that the gear would help me build and loose weight...
