    Nutrition help

    Hello I am getting my diet in check I usually eat like eggs in the morning chicken or steak for lunch and same for dinner and stuff I'm jw what would be a good meal plan to gain more muscle?

    Ok I'm 5'10 165lbs and about 10% bf

    I usually start eating eggs and oats in the morning then usually steak or chicken for lunch same for dinner or fish and something between meals like a can or two of tuna fish and peanut butter

    u didnt post it in layout form like the time of day u eat and so forth....but based on what u posted I would say get more carbs in ur diet....based on the times u eat certain foods will have a big impact on ur results
