    Bf% ?

Ok, I posted pictures a few weeks ago and have added a bit of cardio to my diet. I'm really just trying to get a real %. I don't have a place that does it near me and the calper thing keeps giving me 15-17. I think I'm prob at 17 but want a pros eye. Be blunt I got thick skin and want to cut so it won't hurt.

Hard to see clear in the pics but I'd say between 17-19%

If you need an accurate estimate, make sure your pictures are taken in good enough lighting that we can see what's going on. The more pics, the more accurate your estimate will be. For e.g.: front, back, side and legs (flexed/ relaxed)

And be sure to indicate whether or not you're flexed or relaxed in the pics you include.

Ill have my wife take some tomorrow when it's light out. Clearly I'm not flexed in those photos and I have very lean legs. (Weak spot) I had a doc do it months back when I finished my diet and weight loss proses and I was at 15%. I've been trying to lean bulk so I know I've gained a few more. I'd pray it not to be 19%. I might try and schedule an appt to get it done.

Harsh. 20%..? Well let me get better photos up and we can go from there. I can't imagine I jumped 5% in a few months with my diet and training. But hey.. If I did.. Back to the drawling board.

hard to tell from the angle like said before.. looks like ur def holding a good amount of fat in the stomach and around the spare tire area.. a front shot with ur hands down by ur sides would be better and one that isnt blurry..

I actually think you're lower... around 16-ish. You're leaner than me right now and I'm not at 20...

Thanks GB. That's more where I was hoping to be. @405 the closet bod pod is about 2hrs from me in Tampa. It will be worth the trip to get a 100% reading. I still need to lean out quit a bit more. I'd like to be sitting at around 13-14% 205-210 pounds. So regardless I got work to do. Ill try and get those better pics up in the mean time.

either way u do have work to do ur right. for craps and giggles lets see the difference calorically between 16% and 18% and 20% bf for u.

    190lbs 20%bf
    190 x .8 = 152 (lbs LBM)
    152 x 15 = 2280cals (rough maintenance)

    190lbs 18%bf
    190 x .82 = 155.8 (lbs LBM)
    155.8 x 15 = 2337cals (rough maintenance)

    190lbs 16%bf
    190 x .84 = 159.6 (lbs LBM)
    159.6 x 15 = 2394cals (rough maintenance)

about 60cals diff between each. personally id go with the middle figure and reduce ur cals 350 from that number (call it 2000 cals) and put together a diet. 50/30/20 pro/carb/fat is a pretty good split IMO.
