I feel stupid for even asking this, but here goes. First my info. I'm 35 have been lifting since 14 for football and what not. It just always kinda stuck with me. The last 3 yrs I have been pretty serious about it. 1.5 yrs ago I ran a cycle test cyp 450mg's/wk anvar and primo 200 mg's/wk and was unimpressed with the anvar. I usually stay around 13-15%. During the summer got lazy gained 15 lbs going up to 17%.November I started gaining hard and gained even more weight but got strong. I'm an easy gainer. Currently I just finished week 2 of my 2nd cycle 500mg's cyp 400mg's primo 400 mg's masteron per week.I started at 16% On my days off so 7 of 14 days I do 45 min on elliptical followed by 35 min jog later in the day and then lift. I lift 12 of 14 days. Now to the question. I have been goin with 5 days straight of 1500-1700 cals per day. All protein shakes and supplementing all vitamins etc. the only things i eat on those days is fruits and veggies and taking in around 180 grams protein. I have already dropped 8 lbs and 2%. My question is this far too little for a cutting cycle? I don't want to lose much if any muscle. I actually wanted to end it at a lean 210, but 210 flew by week 1. I'm shocked at the weight loss. I've never lost like this before. im worried its too much too fast. im confused though cuz i feel great. my energy is good and im not losing strength. sure i have on off day, but i attribute that to working 16 hr days and still training. 7% is my goal. Sorry for the stupid and way long question, but I really have nowhere else to turn. Thanks in advance
