Hey, so im going to do a 4-6 week clen/keto cycle before I start my next cycle which is going to be tren/test. My tdee is about 3400cals. With this cut I don't want to lose muscle or size so just wondering what I should cut my Cali down to and should I keep a 40/40/20 macro. I'm prob about 12-14%bf right now at 220lbs. As of right now i don't do cardio other thn walking to class about 1.5 miles a day, but I'm going to start 15-20 mins of cardio next week. Thanks in advance
