    Help figuring out diet

    I am 6'1 around 215 pounds probably 14% body fat. I started a new job and leave for work at 630 am and get home at 9pm... So it's a long day of mostly sitting on the phone. (Mortgage banker)

    I need help figuring out a diet to help get a little leaner for summer! If anyone could help me that would be great!! Thank you

    Also I usually just end up doing some body weight workouts during the week and weights on the weekend

    LBMx15... so if you really are 14% bf then your LBM is around 185 pounds.
    185x15= 2775 calories to maintain

    Figure out your TDEE then there are some steps to figure out what your macros need to be.

    Post those figures up along with your current diet.

    Pic wouldn't hurt as well.
