So after reading a lot through our awesome forum, I read about a few people using apps to help keep track of their daily nutritional intake. I have to say that I absolutely LOVE "MY NET DIARY".
Though I know I'm far from retarded or stupid, I get really confused when trying to break down this eating to a science to really work for me and my goals. this is definitely helping me stay within my goals.
