Hello I'm 21, 6'1 295 at 23% bf . I have been lifting since I was 14 for football well I'm done with football now and want to start cutting to look good I want to be 265 at 14 - 16% bf by summer . I have a solid diet that my athletic nutritionist wrote me up.
