portion control
trying to cut to 15%bf natty. been outa the game for a year and prolly bout 22-25% now. over that year ive developed a severe eating disorder( not really just a big eater) im aware that burning more calories than you consume is a must along with cardio and such. i eat equl part carbs - protein for breakfast and no carbs after that, alot of deer meat and veggies but the hunger is still there so i eat an extra deer chop or extra veggies....... how detrimental is this to my diet, i train HIT in the a.m. and weight train in the p.m. kind of a two-a-day deal to hurry the process

Posting up a diet in full will help.. Why only cut to 15 is that a personal goal or medium term goal etc...
Obviously portion control needs to be considered when it comes to diet!

15% is pre cycle goal, then plan to cut as far as i can reasonably do so. not real sure the protein content of venison, realitivly close to beef minus the colesterol.
