Diet Pepsi vs. Crystal Light

Sup gentlemen,

Not that I'm a big believer in drinking "poison" but if u had to choose between Diet Pepsi or Crystal Light, what would u choose? I drink my gallon of water a day, but sometimes water just don't cut it. I have ocassionally drank the caffiene free Crystal Light Iced Tea, but I have spilled a little on my counter and it stained the --- outta it. I can't imagine what it's doing to my innards. BUT, seems like those two little packets in a gallon of water, is pretty diluted compare to diet soda. Ur thoughts?

How about BCAAs in powder ? lemon taste? i mix a scoop with 3 liters of water just to have some taste.
