How hard can I go into a caloric deficit?
How should I run my macros? Should I still minimize my carbs to the extreme?
My goal is to gain possibly a few pounds of LBM and lose a fair amount of fat and water weight.
Been thinking about this for a little bit. Anyone run one? I don't really want advice on foretasted results. Just from someone who ran a hard cut on tren and prop.
